RETURN POLICY

ONLINE RETURNS

  • Full priced items purchased through STARKx.com may be returned for a refund or store credit if the return request is initiated within 15 days of order delivery.
  • All SALE items are not eligible for return. Anything purchased at a sale price is considered Final Sale and is ineligible for return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • STARKx does not provide return shipping labels.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment used to place the order. Refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing cycles after the refund has been issued.
  • Returns opting for store credit will receive store credit immediately upon issue.
  • We can only accept returns for items purchased directly through STARKx.com. We are not able to accept returns on items purchased through other retailers.
  • For orders placed from the STARKx boutique, please initiate your return through the boutique.

 

START YOUR ONLINE RETURN

  • All returned items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with retail tags attached.
  • All items will be inspected upon receipt. Upon receipt of returned items, STARKx.com reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned items do not meet the return requirements.
  • Please ship your package within 1 week of receiving your return approval RMA.
  • Return shipments must have a tracking number.
  • Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive your return package.
  • To initiate a return request, please email info@starkx.com and provide the order # and email address (must match the email address used for the order) along with the name of the item(s) you would like to return.

 

ONLINE ORDER MODIFICATIONS

  • Once you have placed your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact customer service through info@starkx.com as soon as possible with any requests. We are unable to make changes after the shipment process has started.

  

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
